We started as a small, young and dynamic team with 3 Account Managers who performed a pilot project if we as ING can provide premium level of service for top ING clients by giving them Single Entry Point for all their daily activities. This was a real game changer for large corporate clients as they had to contact different branches all around Europe before. Things picked up from there rather quickly.
