Work for shop area: •
Present the product, help the customers to select the products, attend to them and sell them the products;
•
To be familiar with: -
the range of goods for sale kept at the storehouse;

the product range;
-
the regulations concerning the return of goods – the return policy;
-
the regulations on the storage and sale of goods;
-
the basics of maintaining cash registers and store equipment;
-
working with the cash register;
-
the monitoring of time worked by the employee;
•
Daily duties: -
to welcome each customer and greet him with a smile, to help him with the selection, to advise and inform him about the current special offers in the store, to thank him for making the purchase;
-
promote in the daily work, the mission of Humana and itssocial and envoronmental impact globally -
to prepare the working space, to check the functionality and suitability of the store equipment and the cash register;
-
to take account of the demand for the goods and to arrange the products according to the group, quality and colour;
-
to record the quantity of goods brought into the store;
-
to check the quality, quantity and prices of the goods;
-
to place advertising information about the goods that are available at the store and the offered discounts in the store and store windows;
-
to keep the store and other premises belonging to the store clean;
•
other duties: -
if needed to hand out advertising flyers in the street in order to attract more customers during special offers and to ask the customers to visit the store;
-
other jobs as instructed by her immediate superior.
