Your Impact • Develop and maintain software features and improvements to our products. • Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following engineering best practices. • Debug, test, and fix issues in development and production environments. • Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver the right solutions for customers. • Learn and apply modern software development tools, frameworks, and workflows and share learnings with the team. • Participate in code reviews, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve code quality. • Contribute to the operational side of our distributed systems and highly available microservices. • Leverage AI technologies to accelerate the team’s productivity and the delivery of customer features. Minimum Qualifications: • Demonstrated 3+ years of professional experience in software development. • Experience in building and maintaining backend services in production environments. • Strong knowledge of software development fundamentals and architecture concepts and willingness to learn new technologies quickly. • Flexible, thrives in diverse team environments, and communicates clearly and precisely. Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of the following programming languages: Java or C++ (system development), Node.js, JavaScript, Python are a plus. • Familiarity with one or more web application frameworks and persistence technologies, such as Spring, PostgreSQL, MySQL and Kafka. • Familiar with AI coding tools (Codex, Cursor, Copilot). • Familiarity with Git, DevOps, continuous integration, continuous delivery. • Ability to apply creative skills to complex problems. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning and quality results.
