C Manager upholds overall responsibility for IKEA Components in Slovakia, mainly our Production and Distribution unit (P&
D) but also having assignment as People &
Culture leader for Global operations (IKEA Components Slovakia, China and After Sales) •
Contribute to identify and build-up business competence and leadership according to global guidelines and based on business needs in Global operations and P&
D •
Taking an active part in the development of the Business unit, the unit management team and leaders •
Bridge to other People &
Culture leaders an business teams with IKEA Components, and be active part of P&
C Matrix •
Facilitate succession and contribute to development opportunities for co-workers, by an efficient competence flow within the business unit, between units on site as well as in total IKEA •
Lead the work of implementing global People Plan and relevant P&
D Business plan •
Together with the management team is responsible to make IKEA Components a diverse and inclusive workplace •
Responsible to drive an agenda of creating fair compensation and benefits •
Drive efficient and effective implementation of overall P&
C processes and yearly activities. •
Coach and support managers in the business units in site for people related topics (e.g. performance management &
development, team development, support in change management) •
Safeguard people principles are followed and implemented (e.g. title management, organizational design) •
At any time, act as an ambassador of IKEA culture and values •
Constantly secure an outside in perspective in the field of People &
Culture (talent, branding, C&
B) •
Ensure that laws and regulations related to employment and working environment are followed •
Secure the cost budget for area of responsibility •
Member of Global operation MGMT, local MGMT and local CMT
