Digital Project Manager Operations Support you will provide support and problem resolution for specific products. You also will be: - Assisting clients with implementing new products, new releases and software upgrades. Responding to inquiries and requests from clients. - Training customers in product operation and maintenance. - Participating in analysis of client identified issues or problems which may require changes to software, procedures, or documentation. - Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving common technical problems. Escalating as per procedures. - Occasional oversees travel is required (every three months minimum)
