• 24/7 telephone communication with Clients and Front Office Personal Assistant • Gathering of wellness and health related requests • Planning wellness activities with Clients • Filtering incoming emails, queries, phones calls and invitations by redirecting or taking forward as appropriate • Co-ordination with Wellness and LSB back-office to provide client with their preferred options according to SLA’s • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in the wellness, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle health. • Engagement with partners • Search and analysis of information in luxury health and wellness lifestyle segment • Providing an adequate assistance to a distressed client and assistance to appropriate wellness expertise at the clients request • Processing and analyzing the provided information for further directions • Preparation of commercial proposals for the client (clinics, hospitals, spas) • Work closely with other departments (Back office, Pricing, Control) • Database maintenance, daily reports • Requests' management (receiving, handling and execution control) • Identifying the nature of request
