Responsibilities:
Communication with the customer as a front line person to understand the voice of the customer and ensure the customers’ requirements and expectations are clearly understood and are being met by the product development activities
Develop and maintain relationships with key customer personnel
Monitor product quality at customer plant
Lead containment and corrective action activities, i.e., 8Ds, cause &
effect, Is/Is Not & 5-why analysis
Make periodic visits to all customers in their customer portfolio
Ensure issue closure with all affected parties
Resolve issues on the technical requirements and design
Logistical and administrative tasks to keep the customer system running
Participate in program team meetings as appropriate
Prepare professional reports and presentations for the customer and internal teams
Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives
Ensures that facilities are in full compliance with all safety regulations
Maintains regular attendance
Follows safe work procedures
