As part of the FCFP training team in ING Hubs Slovakia, you execute the global education strategy for CDD Analysts/TM Investigators and Alert Handlers within defined groups, partnering with colleagues from the COO Academy and FCFP Operations. You will answer to the need of Hubs Operations and the pillars, through effective delivery of training interventions to enhance knowledge and skills of target audience. Approximately 40-60% of your time will be spent on delivering global training programmes to groups of analysts (and Operations leads) mainly based in ING Hubs Slovakia. The rest of the time you will spend on preparation of trainings with Global COO Academy (content developers), and collaboration with COO Learning Operations, including taking care of training administration (training attendance) on behalf of FCFP Operations in ING Hubs Slovakia. You will closely collaborate with SMEs and Operations teams in Hubs and provide input and feedback related to training delivery.
