– handling complex technical requests from customers and internal teams;
– diagnosing server hardware, operating system, software and network-related issues;
– working with Linux-based systems, including Ubuntu, Debian and CentOS;
– using Linux terminal tools for troubleshooting, configuration and log analysis;
– performing server administration tasks and supporting production environments;
– analyzing monitoring alerts and identifying root causes of incidents;
– troubleshooting connectivity, routing, DNS, firewall and general network issues;
– working with bare metal servers, virtualization and cloud-related technologies;
– documenting technical cases and communicating clearly in English by e-mail;
– supporting less experienced engineers and sharing technical knowledge with the team.
