Position represents entry level in the line of technical support positions for the business products or the employee is expected to have 1+ years of experience with technical support, and very good understanding of at least one major ESET consumer product.
Employee at this position has a good general knowledge about computers on a user level, basic understanding of computer security and speaks English fluently.
Practical experience is required.
