Responsibilities
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Agile Management.

• Daily program management throughout the program life cycle.

• Defining the program governance (controls).

• Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress.

• Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements.

• Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies.

• Managing and utilizing resources across projects.

• Managing stakeholders’ communication.

• Supporting Development Manager with process flow, code release, testing, release as needed.

• Removing blockers or impediments that hinder project progress.

• Helping the team estimate and increase velocity.

• Promoting continuous communication.

• Facilitating sprint planning and other scrum meetings.

• Monitors and helps improve team dynamics.

• Assisting with any part of the project that needs support at a certain time

Define and maintain program level metrics and reports

Tools: Jira (including BigPicture plugin), AzureDevOps, MS Project or similar
