The System Support Analyst provides technical support to end users within the Clinical Trial Payments organization including triaging technical cases logged in case management system that require IT action. In addition, they are responsible to ensure changes follow the SDLC process and are successfully released into the production environment and also administer some admin functions within the payments platform.
Essential Functions:
Work with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines
Work with customers and project management teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Build, document and maintain new and existing customer-centric business critical solutions
Develop and implement solution validation plans
Ensure quality control during implementation and execution of the validation plans
Build training materials for the implemented solutions
Train customers on the implemented solutions
Participate in QA, UAT &
