Responsibilities
• 1st and 2nd line of support in the company’s offices, locally for Bratislava, remotely for other offices.
• Managing all local and server-side hardware and software related to the office (experience working with both Windows and Mac platforms required).
• Hardware inventory and purchases.
• Software setup, updates, test, problem-solving.
• Communicating with local and global suppliers and vendors.
• Server equipment, access control system, telephony, printers, videoconference, mobiles, local backups, and other systems support.
• Local network equipment and cabling, Wi-Fi and Firewalls.
• Monitoring of alerts, backups, logs.
• Local assistance in Bratislava’s data centres to remote global administrators.
• Mobile devices support including IOS and Android platforms. Mobile device management.
• Instruct users to use equipment, software, and services according to corporate policies and rules
