Are you an experienced procurement professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are currently seeking a Tactical Buyer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating ad-hoc requests for quotations and executing tactical sourcing according to category-specific procedures, among other responsibilities. Manage and coordinate ad-hoc request for quotations of items not covered by agreed terms and conditions and in line with category strategy and operational sourcing procedure (OSP). Execute and evaluate tactical sourcing according the category specific Operational Sourcing Procedures, provided by Category Management. Maintain sourcing data where expert knowledge is required for Tactical Buying incl. site specific information in collaboration with Content Management & Support Team. Handling and coordination of investigations of root cause analysis on invoice non conformity. Work with guidance from Category Management, Strategic Sourcing and Tactical Buying community and facilitate sourcing-knowledge. Build positive, supportive and effective relationships within the regional and local teams. Communication and alignment with internal and external partners by phone or via email.
