• Direct contribution to the EME RD team in raising funds from EME-based donors for HFHI network and donors outside EME for EMEA projects. The incumbent will contribute to EME direct revenue and annual acquisition of $12M;
active pipeline of $25M+; stewardship of $30M+ portfolio of active grants; and lead the EME external fundraising network totaling in 0.5M+ annually (of which tithes and designated donations 80%, local corporate volunteering 20%). The Senior Partnerships Specialist will contribute to the fundraising of the EME RD team for HFHI global programs and actively support Senior Director RD EME, Assoc. Dir. of Partnerships and Leadership Giving Assoc. Dir. On top of this, the Senior Partnerships Specialist will start with pro-active role in acquisition, front-facing fundraising role with an annual target of $750,000. The incumbent will lead stewardship of the currently active direct donors. • ACQUISITIONS and PIPELINE: Contribute to direct EME AO revenue of $12M annually and maintaining an active pipeline worth $25M+. Intensive communication with global Habitat network (HFHI global program teams, HFH NOs) to gather information on projects in need of funding (inside and outside of EME). Lead pro-active role in acquisition, front-facing fundraising with an annual target of $750,000. Grow Habitat's EME corporate fundraising in more than 15 countries across Europe and Middle East where Habitat has no presence or fundraising office, such as Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, etc. Work on building strategic relationships with Corporate and Foundation prospects (corporate foundations, family foundations or other forms of institutions which doesn’t fall under the GFOI team) throughout the whole fundraising cycle; notably: proposals, grant applications, presentations, project information, etc. Use appropriate approach to tailor documents for different types of donors. • ACTIVE PORTFOLIO and DONOR STEWARDSHIP: Lead donor care, stewardship, communication with donors, reporting, PR aspects, transfers, contracts, term-sheets, paperwork and all other aspects of active projects and grants for a revenue portfolio worth $30M+. The active portfolio requiring stewardship – donors per future assignment. Ensure reports are submitted on time and of appropriate quality. Collaborate with international donors from different backgrounds, countries, cultures and tailor the communication and approach accordingly. Assist with high-quality support to the whole EME Resource Development department and out-of-door fundraisers and throughout the whole fundraising cycle; notably: proposals, grant applications, presentations, project information, etc. • RENEWALS Lead the renewal process of existing donors with annual target of $0,5M 1M. Play an independent role in renewals (per future assignment)
