The responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Managing Reservations
The primary duty is to oversee all aspects of the reservation process. This includes taking reservations via phone, email, or CRM, process the reservation with the supplier \ partner restaurant, club or bar, and confirming bookings with guests` Personal Manager.
-Recording Data
Keeping accurate records of reservations, including guest contact information, special requests, and any relevant notes to personalize the dining experience.
- Problem Resolution
Handling reservation conflicts, no-shows, and cancellations professionally and courteously, and if necessary, implementing policies to address these issues.
- Training and Supervision
Training and supervising reservation staff (if there will be any), ensuring they follow reservation policies and procedures, and providing guidance on exceptional customer service.
Reporting
Generating reports on reservation trends, clients preferences, and occupancy rates to help with future planning and decision-making.
- Marketing Collaboration
Closely coordinating with the marketing department to ensure that clients receive updates about new restaurant openings, special promotions, events, and any changes in the restaurant's offerings. This collaboration may involve sharing information about reservation availability for specific promotions or new menu items.
- Client Communication
Regularly preparing and sending updates to clients, including regular customers, VIPs, and loyal patrons, to keep them informed about the restaurant's developments and offerings. This could involve newsletters, emails, or other forms of communication.
- Database Management
Maintaining a customer database and segmentation to target specific client groups with personalized updates and promotions. This helps in building and retaining a loyal customer base.
- Feedback Integration
Ensuring that feedback received from clients is communicated to the management and relevant departments, allowing for improvements in service, menu, or overall guest experience.
- Control functions
Performing Control and Quality execution of all ongoing operations
