What will you be involved in?
- You will perform complete troubleshooting to fully diagnose reported problems within the client product portfolio (notebooks, desktops &
tablets).
- With the support of a Team leader, you will be looking after the cases end-to-end with top-notch case handling, paying attention to customer communication throughout the whole process.
- You will learn how to become one of our expert trouble
shooters to be able to quickly resolve any hardware or software difficulties.
