Supports sales organization by acting as a key liaison between sales and other operational functions. Develops sales processes and procedures relating to online/offline order administration, order fulfilment and communication. Evaluates and implements improvements to sales programs and processes, including demand anticipation, account management, lead handling, planning, closing strategies, pricing, sales automation, and reporting. Provide pre and post-sales operational support to customers and sales. Manages order fulfilment. Researches customer or order problems, and delivers solutions working cross-functionally to resolve. Serve as the interface for order status, escalation, and SKU management. Facilitates product and sales information flow. Drive sales operations process improvements.
