About the Role As Swiss Re accelerates its Advance with AI (AwAI) programme, we are expanding our support capacity to ensure seamless adoption of AI tools and practices across the organization. In this role, you will contribute to scaling individual AI adoption, supporting local teams, and strengthening the overall effectiveness of the Org Activation and Leadership Enablement workstreams. You will act as a hands-on enabler for employees, leaders, and HR colleagues as we integrate AI into daily work, shift mindsets, and build measurable adoption momentum. About the Team You will join the Advance with AI – Org Activation team, a cross‑functional group working closely with HR, Group Functions, Business Units, and our AI Leadership. The team focuses on driving consistent AI adoption, enabling line managers, operating the AI Champion network, and supporting the rollout of enterprise-wide learning resources and activation campaigns. You will work closely with HR and relevant colleagues who are supporting individual adoption efforts across markets.
