– take ownership of technically complex support cases;
– perform deep troubleshooting of Linux servers, services, hardware and networks;
– work confidently with Linux distributions such as Ubuntu, Debian and CentOS;
– use terminal utilities to inspect system state, logs, services and network connections;
– diagnose server availability, performance and connectivity problems;
– work with hardware monitoring tools and identify faulty components;
– support infrastructure involving physical servers, cloud services and virtualization;
– analyze information carefully and make decisions based on technical evidence;
– communicate with customers in clear and professional English;
– mentor Middle and Junior engineers when needed and contribute to internal knowledge base articles.
