– diagnosing common server hardware, OS and network failures;
– working with monitoring tools and responding to alerts;
– performing basic server administration tasks;
– using technical documentation and public resources to find solutions;
– maintaining accurate notes in support tickets;
– communicating clearly in English via e-mail;
– escalating complex issues to Senior Support Engineers when required.
