Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Representing the company's interests in the market.
- Providing input for the creation of a long-term sales plan in relevant market segments.
- Analyzing new developments and market trends.

Calculating sales prices and creating breakdowns for customers.

Responsibility for increasing EBIT (Earnings Before Interest and Taxes);
reviewing contracts, negotiating and booking orders for product changes; managing sales and administrative processes, as well as contract and document management.
- Handling outstanding invoices and customer complaints.

Being a member of the sales team within the Daimler/Mercedes or Volkswagen/Audi project team.

What we expect from you:

University degree in Business Engineering or a relevant field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales for OEMs in the automotive industry(this is a mandatory requirement).
- Knowledge of administrative and financial process management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Knowledge of automotive components, supply chain, or manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Sales-oriented mindset, goal-driven, and resilience to stress.
