Colette is one of the most popular restaurants in Bratislava. Every evening, we welcome up to 40 guests in an elegant yet welcoming setting, combining a large central table facing the open kitchen with classic dining tables. Our ambition: to make Colette a vibrant place where guests can experience the French culinary touch in a friendly and contemporary atmosphere. We are looking for a talented, curious, and creative young chef, ready to fully commit to this project and grow within a young and passionate team. Your mission • Prepare refined, sincere service every evening, focused on engaging with guests. • Create and develop menus based on the seasons, local producers, and your own inspiration. • Work closely with our French sommelier to create wine and food pairings. • Participate in photoshoots, videos, interviews, and collaborations with other restaurants and producers. • Become a recognized figure in the local culinary scene through your work and personality. Desired profile • Young, trained chef or cook with a solid technical foundation and true gastronomic sensitivity. • Serious, organized, creative, with good time management and priority management skills. • Comfortable in an open kitchen, interacting naturally with customers. • Desire to build a long-term project in a demanding and welcoming environment. • Fluency in English required for daily communication with the team.
