Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary engineering team. Develop future managers and build a strong talent pipeline. Define and scale engineering capacities and skills to support our product portfolios. Drive engineering excellence: processes, quality, validation, problem‑solving. Ensure alignment with automotive standards (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, IATF…). Act as the first escalation level for technical & customer issues. Manage team budgets and lead cost & process improvement initiatives. Participate as a member of the Europe Project Steering Committee.
