Oversee all production activities, working closely with the production manager and other senior team members to achieve production targets in line with quality, cost, and delivery standards. •
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve production efficiency, productivity, and sustainability. •
Manage and coordinate multiple teams, including production, maintenance, and quality assurance, ensuring seamless operations across departments. •
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. •
Report on production performance and key metrics to both the local leadership and the Korean headquarters. •
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, supply chain, and finance to support overall company goals. •
Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing resources. •
Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership, team development, and performance management. •
Act as a key point of contact between the Slovak production site and the Korean headquarters, ensuring clear and consistent communication. •
Build strong relationships with local stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.
