- Handle, control and be responsible for all sales activities and daily communication with Kia customers and Korean sub-suppliers in Europe
Make a commercial negotiation with customers to achieve target profitability. Continuous improvement of customer relations and mutual information flow. Build up confidence and taking care of innovative, technical competencies with the aim of receiving orders.Set up quotations in co-operation with Engineering, Costing, Purchasing and Operations as well as order negotiations. Control negotiations and guarantee actual status of piece price lists (also with regards to for Purchasing and Engineering Costing). Negotiate and calculate recoveries. Control, prepare and conduct presentation for customer purpose. Development and taking care of business contacts to all customer departments. Collection and analysis of information / data regarding customer satisfaction as well as initiation and follow up of improvement measure. Active communication regarding potential improvements / innovations regarding products and processes (towards customer; internally).
