Leading one of the key strategic areas in ST B2C to drive mobile (prepaid and postpaid), FBB, TV, Fix Voice & FMC/Fixed growth. Create, manage & commercialize all key strategic mobile, fixed & converged propositions. Define & develop customer journeys for key launches aloing with the Home and Mobile Experience Tribes. Cross tribe coordination, prioritization and budget management. Management of AI and NBA squad. P&L and customer base ownership for the given segments. Lead Contextual Campaining strategy for the whole B2C segment by influencing CC Squad. Implement IT digitalisation and provision project by steering Workflow digitalisation squad and Service Design & Configuration Squad.
