Job Description: Support teachers in their role as the primary mentors and developers of students Provide additional targeted support for students who need more than an EISB classroom can offer Oversee the well-being of the entire school community (students, staff, families) Help design and guide preventive and proactive well-being initiatives Liaise with external specialists and services when additional support is required Collaborate closely with leadership and teachers to ensure a consistent, student-centered approach Qualifications: Qualified in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field Experienced in school settings (international/IB preferred) Strong collaborator who empowers teachers—not replaces them Skilled in both individual support and systems-level thinking Comfortable working with families and external professionals Professional level of English Currently authorized to work in the EU preferred
