The Precast Director Danucem is responsible for overseeing and managing all management, financial, commercial, and operational activities.
The main task is to develop and implement Precast strategy by managing operational and business development activities to achieve company objectives.
Continuous optimisation of processes and performance improvement while meeting safety, compliance, and environmental requirements.
This role requires a strong understanding of the cement and precast industry, highly developed leadership skills, and the ability to optimize efficiency and productivity across all production functions &
processes.
Responsibilities:
Strategy
- Responsible for definition and implementation of the Danucem cluster Precast short and long-term strategy (business plan, market overview, overview of competition, pricing, market threats, opportunities, supporting/driving the development of new products and services)
- Liaise with other functional and segment managers to understand current and future needs and development plans.
Performance improvement and cooperation
- Drive Precast production (Opex), sales (Comex) & logistics performance. Improvement on financial and business efficiency
- Support cross-functional cooperation in order to improve overall organization performance on Danucem Level
- Drive development of innovative solutions to further optimize relevant processes and asset footprint.
- Drive sustainability initiatives across Precast segment
