1. Spravovanie časovo kritických RFP v súlade s CTL. Zabezpečovanie vyhovujúceho získavania zdrojov vo svojej oblasti zodpovednosti, riadenie sa globálnymi smernicami stanovenými CTL. Nezávislé vedenie projektu a projektový manažment regionálnych/globálnych projektov získavania zdrojov vrátane zosúladenia s internými zainteresovanými stranami a externými dodávateľmi. 2. Správa strategických a prevádzkových dodávateľských vzťahov pre vybraný kôš. Riešenie eskalácií. 3. Doručovanie KPI podľa ročného/dlhodobého plánovania a predbežného cieľa definovaného pomocou CTL (príspevok k MG KPI NPD, CCDB, CNWC, udržateľnosť a redukcia SBM). Okrem toho bude úradujúci slúžiť ako poradca pre mladších členov tímu. 4. Vedenie tímu Manažér nákupu s rolou TL je hlavným partnerom pre príslušné globálne a regionálne organizácie a všetky úlohy a záležitosti rieši samostatne. V prípade veľkých eskalácií je zapojený manažér nákupu. 1. Manage and moderate all the steps of complex and time critical RFPs in alignment with CTL. Ensures compliant sourcing in his area of responsibility, follows the global guidelines set by CTL. Independent project lead and project management of regional/global sourcing projects including alignment with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. 2. Manage Strategic and Operational Supplier Relationships for the selected basket(s), ensuring best-in-class benefits in the areas of cost-out, value in, manage risk and innovation. Identifies and implements best business partnerships in close cooperation with CTL and MG Lead. Deals with escalations or critical topics 3. Deliver on all KPI’s and targets for the relevant basket(s) according to yearly/long termplanning and upfront target defined with CTL (Contribution to MG KPIs of NPD, CCDB, CNWC, sustainability and SBM reduction). In addition the incumbent will serve as advisor to more junior members of the team. Define KPI and SLA together with CTL. 4. Team Management Purchasing Manager with TL role is functions is the main counterpart for the respective global and regional organizations and handles all tasks and issues independently. For major escalations the Purchasing Manager is involved.
