- Design sensor according to the IEE standards and rules from the Dummy phase to the mass production status in the development team
Manage the design modification requests from the Development, Production and Customer in his design projects Provide design support to his/her development team. Organize the launch in prototype and mass production of his projects respecting the IEE rules (Design review, routers, drawings, SAP R/3 organization…) Follow prototype and pre-series productions. Manage the Production change requests point of view design tasks and production in timing when required Organize and manage his/her project timing Follow the Project Structure Plan (PSP) and all defined company processes. Adapt to trends in automotive industry, continuously increase own professional knowledge. Apply latest knowledge to own work and adapt own scope of work to evolving requirements of industry. Assist in mentoring within organization using engineering knowledge and problem solving facilitation skills. Maintain a clean desk policy
