Administrating and managing Material Data Systems (like IMDS and CAMDS) Legal compliances, such as Reach, Rosh and Conflict Minerals Supporting compliance assurance of materials (e.g., REACH, ROHS, EU Waste Framework Directive, regulations) Gathering information from internal sources, suppliers, and third-party databases (e.g., IHS) to analyze, verify, and certify the compliance of components and products Monitoring and responding to customer requests regarding material compliance information and certificates Creating and maintaining databases Supporting new product development and sustainable engineering processes to ensure product compliance Assessing material compliance risks and propose appropriate mitigation measures Closely collaborating with third parties to obtain documentation from suppliers Regularly maintaining standards and regulations applicable to the company’s products and providing guidance to ensure compliance
