Join our team at LEONI in Dubnica nad Váhom! In our company, you will have the opportunity to work on modern solutions for the automotive industry and collaborate with experts from around the world. What will be your role? • Ensure compliance with internal QM and external audit certifications (QM & SHE), including IATF 16949, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001. • Develop, implement, and follow up on the internal audit plan, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and quality regulations. • Oversee corrective and preventive actions from audits, verifying their effectiveness and generalization. • Maintain auditor qualifications and ensure compliance with LEONI and customer standards. • Identify, document, and implement lessons learned and best practices to improve quality processes. • Develop and execute training programs on quality standards, tools, and methodologies (e.g., 8D, QRQC, PDCA, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA). • Assess and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and LEONI’s orientation towards FMEA tools. • Organize quality improvement initiatives, including training sessions, competitions, and best practice-sharing events.
