- Coordinating customer support in all technical program management issues
Ensuring the introduction of customer programs on time, and meeting IEE’s cost, quality and performance targets Leading all engineering activities related to specific customer programs Ensuring compliance with company development policies and processes within your team Assuming responsibility for all new and running programs, as well as monitoring the needed changes and improvements for existing products Continually assessing sensor/system performance, researching and developing new capabilities, and systematically applying this knowledge so that programs are successful Acting as an interface between relevant IEE departments to ensure programs are executed smoothly and introduced on time
