- Coordinating customer support in all technical program management issues
- Ensuring the introduction of customer programs on time, and meeting IEE’s cost, quality and performance targets
- Leading all engineering activities related to specific customer programs
- Ensuring compliance with company development policies and processes within your team
- Assuming responsibility for all new and running programs, as well as monitoring the needed changes and improvements for existing products
- Continually assessing sensor/system performance, researching and developing new capabilities, and systematically applying this knowledge so that programs are successful
- Acting as an interface between relevant IEE departments to ensure programs are executed smoothly and introduced on time
