Responsible for supporting sellers with financial related questions, they will run investigations and manual research into reimbursement requests related to losses incurred during FBA processes. They will use operational tools to deep dive and handle the process end to end, communicating effectively with internal teams when required. They will respond to sellers via email or ticket, escalating actions when needed if deviating from usual SOP process. They may identify process improvement opportunities and be involved in testing new tools and processes, recommending improvements.
