For our Customer located in Bratislava we are looking for an experienced Project Manager Associate, who is:
- responsible for managing various small and medium-sized projects or service projects, having the ability to manage projects in a back-office mode, following applicable company policies and processes;
- responsible in managing the relationship with the customer and third parties within the project scope;
- managing projects handover from Tendering;
- organizing and managing the project with suppliers, monitoring progress in line with the project management plan and ensure effective communication until completion;
- taking full responsibility and control over project profitability (sales, margin, and cash), including forecasting;
- ensuring timely revenue recognition as per the forecast and actions to improve profitability;
- developing customer and supplier intimacy and driving all communication with customers and suppliers and ensuring customer satisfaction;
- monitoring HSE policies for all team members and subcontractors, especially for site activities and travels, managing cybersecurity risks;
- taking all necessary actions to correct any quality issues occurring during project execution;
- performing regular risk and opportunity assessments and implementing action plans to mitigate risks and preparing Variations Orders;
- participating in the PM Community of Practice within the Execution Center and performing actions related with project closing.
Required qualifications:
- University Degree (Engineering, Management)
- Mandatory: fluent communication in English language (C1 level)
- Any other languages are welcome
- PM certificate is a plus
- Up to 5 years of experience in project management
- Experience in working in a plant is a plus
- Experience in engineering is a plus
Skills:

- Ability to communicate (written, verbal) in clear and synthetic manner on project management and technical issues/topics.
- Good knowledge of PM process.
- Good knowledge of SAP/ERP for financial controlling.
